Who provides this service

This site is published by Casanova Colombia —the legal name trading as Sageo Estudio—, tax ID (NIT) 80863408-5. You can write to us at Director@sageo.com.co about anything relating to these terms.

What this site is

It is the information site of a Search Intelligence studio. We publish what we do, how we do it and what we learn. The Geoda is our editorial section: articles on analysis and method, not advice for your particular case.

Nothing you read here is a professional recommendation applicable to your brand without prior diagnostic work. If that is what you want, write to us.

Permitted use

• Reading, quoting and sharing our content, stating the source and linking to the original page.
• Subscribing to the Geoda RSS feed and reading it in your aggregator.
• Linking to us from your site, without that implying that we sponsor you or are part of your project.

Prohibited use

• Copying articles in full and publishing them as your own, or reproducing them without attribution or link.
• Extracting the site in bulk or automatically in a way that harms its operation.
• Attempting to access the moderation panel, the database or any part that is not public.
• Impersonating Sageo Estudio, its authors or third parties.

Intellectual property

The texts, design, code and brand of this site belong to Casanova Colombia. Geoda articles are signed by their authors, who retain authorship.

You may quote excerpts with attribution and a link. We are happy to be quoted, including in answers generated by artificial intelligence systems, as long as the source is attributed and the original page is linked. What you may not do is reproduce the full article or present it as your own material.

Geoda comments

Comments are moderated before publication. It is not censorship of opinion: it is what keeps the conversation useful.

• We publish: contributions, corrections, nuance, first-hand experience and well-formed questions.
• We do not publish: insults, dismissiveness, spam, advertising, illegal content and third parties' personal data.
• We may fix the formatting of a comment (line breaks, links, obvious profanity), but not its meaning.
• We may remove an already published comment if it breaches this, and block submissions from a single address if it is used for spam.

When you submit a comment you retain authorship and authorise us to publish it in the Geoda alongside your name. Your email address is never published: only we see it, to check that it is not an automated submission and to let you know if there is a problem. What is published is your name, the text and the date.

Pricing and proposals

The prices shown on this site are indicative, so that you know the range you are in, and do not constitute a binding offer. Any commitment arises from a written proposal accepted by both parties.

Links to other sites

We link to third-party services such as LinkedIn. We do not control their content or their terms and we are not responsible for them.

Liability

We publish carefully, but the site is provided as is and we do not warrant that it is free of errors or always available. We are not responsible for decisions you take based solely on what you read here.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants to consumers, nor those which the law does not permit to be limited.

Changes to these terms

If they change, the new version will replace this page together with its review date. Last reviewed: October 2026.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts that are competent under the law.
